How it works
1 · $50 on-site triage
We come to your home or business, diagnose each computer, and recommend the next step.
2 · $50 repair intake
For each device authorized for off-site repair, we collect the computer and set up a complimentary loaner if necessary and available.
3 · $50 return and setup
We return and reconnect the computer. This final charge applies even if you choose to have an unrepaired computer returned.
Replacement parts require your approval and are billed separately.
What's included
Hardware troubleshooting and replacement labor, Windows reinstallations, virus and malware removal, software and driver repairs, routine data backup and migration, system cleanup, and configuration.
Specialized recovery from physically failed storage devices is separately quoted. Data preservation cannot be guaranteed; backups are recommended.
When a computer cannot be economically repaired
You may have it returned for the final $50 return charge, or authorize 844DONNYMAC to retain it for disposal and waive that final $50. Earlier diagnostic and repair-intake charges remain payable.
Disposal requires written ownership-transfer authorization and an agreed process for storage-media erasure or destruction.

Villa Rica city limits
No additional travel charge for the initial service call.
Carroll, Douglas and Paulding counties
$35 travel surcharge outside Villa Rica, assessed once per service engagement rather than per computer. All service is by appointment; no walk-in or customer drop-off service.
